What a wonderful idea by the "Prime Servant" as a kind of policy guideline and vision given to the top bosses of policing agencies of the country to improve the degraded image of Police in India - simply censor the films that are showing the real faces of police agencies, their atrocities against the weakest and downtrodden, prevalent corruption in their basic organizational structures, their working in collusion with the criminals, mafias and antisocial elements against the very interests of "we the people" and so thus of the society and nation, and their alignment towards incumbents as some kind of their private armies, among others, without taking any step at all to eradicate anything from these.... What an Idea, Sir Ji !!

Today, I received a call from a Public Authority, for whom I was able to get a notice from State Information Commission in a matter of a RTI Complaint Case, due to the failure of his office to provide me the requested information via my RTI Application, during which he told (in very honourable tone) that he would provide the deem needed information via post at my address in all complete manners as soon as possible and before the date of hearing at State Information Commission, and requested me to convey the Commission that I have received the same once I get that.

Three of my registered posts, which were booked on different days and were addressed to different administrative offices in the city of Amritsar, were wrongfully (however I am under the impression that "may be" due to some conspiracy) bagged and dispatched to Kolkata, at the same time and date (same even in seconds) on this Sunday Night by the Postal Department. 

I filed three different complaints to Chief Post Master General of the region on yesterday afternoon, i.e. Monday, when I came to know about the same and questioned the working of employees of the department and asked for an inquiry in the matter with a copy of inquiry report be provided to me. 

This made the people in the postal department act and act so fast that on the very late evening of Monday itself all the three registered posts reached to the city of Amritsar and have been delivered today i.e. Tuesday at their designated addresses.

Nehru and his relevancy 

One may be in disagreement with the works of Nehru to any extent but no honest critique could neglect his role in building a newly born India then and the contribution of his in making it stand on its feet when all had to start from the rags, along with creating an everlasting and ever-guiding image of it as an independent protagonist on the international stage in those times of bipolar world. 

The idea of India as a secular democracy and a welfare state, guided by the will of people where the rule of law would prevail above all, owes a lot to him as a leading figure in those times of infancy of this nation. 

Nehruvian Socialism has many failures and there was also the lack of implementation of many guiding principles of freedom struggle on his part but it can be rightly said that there could be no idea of Indian nation possible by total subtraction of his from the scenes, and we have to accept this realistic approach. 

Last but not the least that the personal life of one, the intimate relationships, addictions or whatever alike is not a yardstick to measure and decide one's work in public life as long as it is not impacting the society in general. All in all, one's contributions in public life couldn't be neglected mercilessly merely due to one's life behind the closed doors of his bedrooms or living rooms.

The fundamental principle of criminal jurisprudence is that the onus of proving the happening of a crime lies with the accuser before the defendant be charged with or penalized for it in any manner. 

However in the recent past this wisdom of centuries and a basic Human Right was given a back seat while designing the gender-biased laws to facilitate only the "women accusers" under the pressure of (criminal) ideology of feminism, where the defendant, if from male gender, is treated as convict even before the formal charges and onus is suo-motto been shifted on him to prove his innocence paradoxically before proving of the happening of the event of crime. Not only this but the trials by Kangaroo-courts or yellow journalism scar the whole life of (innocents but just) accused even if the charges are legally proved false in a trial.

This trend has not only destroyed the social structure of the society but has demolished the very basic definition of the justice i.e. "Equality Before Law" irrespective of any cast, creed, colour and "gender" among other categorizations and has criminalized in itself the whole male gender by birth. 

The Supreme Court of USA has observed the need to stop this trend and given a much needed righteous verdict to check the very system of delivering justice to make it once again neutral for all and shifted the burden back on the accusers (in rape cases) to prove the happening of the event of crime and not leaving it on the defendant(s) to prove that it had not happened. 

Would the Indian Judiciary, which usually copies the trend set by the oldest democracy of world, follow the steps when the Women Commission (an all-female organization and known for its women-favouring biased approach) has formally accepted the ever increasing number of false charges of rape in its published report, so that so, in the recent years a huge percentage of more than 53% of cases of rapes have proved false even in the initial inquiries (and with more bound to prove wrongful via legal trials in courts)? 

Where are the Human Rights of Indian Defendants ???
