---------------------- PRESS NOTE ---------------------- Engineering Professor turned RTI Activist Kawaldeep Singh from Patiala has made a representation before the First Appellate Authority, District and Sessions Judge, Patiala in two of the First Appeal matters u/s 19 of the RTI Act filed by him against the replies of the Public Information Officer of the same office in regard to the of information asked via respective RTI Applications related to the Implementation of orders of (1) Supreme Court of India in "Shreya Singhal Vs. Union of India" declaring section 66-A of IT Act, 2000 as unconstitutional and thus null and (2) High Court of Punjab and Haryana in "Ravinder @ Binder Vs. State of Haryana" for not framing charges on basis of Incomplete Challans / Chargesheets and for initiating contemptuous proceedings against the Judicial Officers who are violating these orders. * PIO had wrongfully denied information in both of these cases in written reply saying no information is available in the matter in compiled form, which was strongly opposed in today's hearing of First Appeal. * Sessions Judge asked, "Why are you asking this information and what is your interest in this matter and who are you to ask this information?" To which it was replied that though there is no provision in the RTI Act by which an applicant could be questioned about the reason of asking information from a Public Authority, but still as a reply, this information is asked in larger public interest for the cause of number of accused (innocents until proven guilty) are languishing in jails due to non implementation of these order; and the appellant is the citizen of India empowered under RTI Act to ask this or any other information available with this office. * Sessions Judge again pointed as you are not affected by this information then this is a third party information so couldn't be provided, which again was strongly opposed saying that this information is related to the implementation of orders of Supreme Court and High Court from administrative side and records in regard to same, so not a third party information along with not related to any personal information of any person or individual but Court Records on both administrative and judicial sides. * PIO / Superintendent said he is not prepared with the arguments. * The appellant Kawaldeep Singh submitted that from his end he has given his arguments in complete, and nothing more is to be added, so the First Appellate Authority may write its order based upon the records available.

I'm signing this because I believe that Men of India are highly unsafe in Public places due to the bunch of gender biased laws specifically designed to target them just on the basis of any random words of mouth of a female, perceived as kind of gospels of Bible, accepted ample enough without any evidence to name, shame and even lynch them, without even any due legal process of investigation, prosecution and decision by Courts, and without following the fundamental law of any justice delivery system that any accused should be treated as innocent until proven guilty. I am signing this also because it has rather become a norm in this country that feminist charlatan ladies for their ulterior motives regularly furling any random accusations on innocent men, merely taking the advantage of discriminating laws against men, and whole TRP hungry biased media, starts behaving like hardcore mangina, and spoiling the whole lives of men just because of the gender they are born in, without even making any inch of efforts to bring out the other side of story before throwing accusations, rather judgements, in air in shameful and unlawful media trials.

Dear Mr. Ex-Justice Sir, You wrote the open secret that (almost) all of the court appointments (administrative and / or may be judicial) are done based upon the recommendation and sympathy of the sitting Judges in the higher judiciary, and it is one's closeness and relationship with the judges that all matters in getting appointments / job in Higher Courts, not your personal talent and qualification, and same goes while posting persons in the respective departments. Secondly Sir, you openly accepted one other good thing that no matter one judge is perceived as honest or otherwise but when it comes to benefiting the relatives / friends, they all work in the very same and known way, whatever reason may be behind after that, good or bad, it would be just an excuse to justify. May be this is the biggest and probably the only reason that we are seeing lots of Uncle and Aunty Courts (In addition to Father or Mother Courts), the basic root cause of Management of Justice Delivery for the ones who could pay for it.. (Sic) Again Thanks Sir for saying what was known but unsaid.

Order has been made by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar to issue the "Bailable Warrants" against the concerned person from the office of President #SGPC, Amritsar for not appearing in the same court today, after being summoned with details of personal and service records of the preacher Harpreet Kaur Khalsa of Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee, Amritsar, and kept as witness bound for date of today due to the reason of not bringing asked records on last date, in a matter of annulment petition of marriage filed against the lady for committing fraud by hiding her previous marriage, gynaecological disease (incapable to have conjugal relationship), social and educational status of family, and other essential details.

She pleaded to the Court, where a matter of her annulment of marriage is pending, against her, to declare her marriage null and void being committed by playing fraud, that she earns Rs. 20,000/- per month which is "not enough" to meet her "day to day needs" and to "maintain her status" as internationally reputed Preacher of Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee, Amritsar, so Court should arrange Rs. 40,000/- per month from her "legally weded husband" as maintenance so that "she could maintain her status" as a preacher of #SGPC with new amount of Rs. 65,000 per month (20000/- + 40,000/-), a husband with whom she has committed a fraud by hiding her previous marriage, gynaecological disease (incapable to have conjugal relationship), social and educational status of family, and other essential details as per the matter of consideration of a Criminal Case filed against her and 4 other family members of her, including her father, mother, sister and brother in law, u/s 420, 415, 406 IPC, in Court of Judicial Magistrate along with she being accused in matter of perjury u/s 340 CrPC in High Court for giving false statements on oath.
