Kanwal Speaks - January 09, 2015 at 09:12PM

Attention fellow citizens, followings are the acts of crime u/s 66-A IT Act, 2000, as per the Indian Law Enforcement Agencies: - Saying that you are Non-Religious on your Facebook Profile - Posting a photograph of Golden Temple Amritsar (or any such place alike) on your social media - Posting and sharing the cutting of a news-paper via social networking - Practicing and professing your freedom of faith or no-faith - Writing against political and religious bigotry and hypocrisy - Writing Poetry and/or short stories on your Facebook wall - Writing Philosophical quotes in public domain - Writing comments on geopolitical issues, current affairs, social concerns and others - Discussing about Supreme Court or High Court's judgments - Posting anything which is linguistically not understandable by educationally bankrupt cops - Posting your own photographs on Facebook - Logging in some random geographical location in your Facebook profile - Above all, writing against #Feminism on social network - And many such alike whose protection is ensured by the supreme constitution of India under its fundamental right to Freedom of Speech and Expression given to all citizens And the height of all is that these all are the crimes even if the law enforcement agencies accept in written that they have not taken any pain to physically investigate the claimed material on Internet and have not done any IP and/or web address verification for the existence of any alleged objectionable material on your social media, and even their cyber crime departments have got written replies from Social Media Companies that there is no objectionable content on your profile which violates their policies and standards, but still as they want to go by their extreme fantasies and orgies.
