Immediate Action Point(s) required after highly condemnable murder of a young student within the school premises of Ryan International School, Gurgaon, and the incidents alike: There should be the constitution of state and central level nodal quasi-judicial authorities, empowered with the judicial/executive powers, and even with the power to cancel the affiliation and fining upto 100 crores, along with power to direct the registration of FIR and/or ordering a criminal trail by a competent court in expedite manner, under the chairmanship of a retired judge of HC with doctors, child psychologists, social workers, child rights activists, distinguished retired teachers, etc. as its members, who are not affiliated with any political party, religious organization, or any office of profit or having any commercial interests in education sector, with a ADGP/IG Crime Against Children associated with this body, which can take direct complaints and dispose them within a maximum period of one month upon investigation. Their orders, passed in speaking, must be the binding, and could only be challenged by the constitutional writ jurisdiction in respective High Courts.
