IN STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION PUNJAB Dated: 05.01.2015 In a complaint case filed by the complainant Sh. Kawaldeep Singh against the Public Information Officer, Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Sh. Babu Lal Meena, AIG, Jalandhar, Sh. Harish Behal, SHO, Chheharta, Amritsar, and Sh. Kulwant Rai, SI, Amritsar, appeared on the behalf of respondent PIOs handed over the requisite information to the complainant. Sh. Harish Behal has given the entire case file to the complainant. Sh. B.L. Meena has filed a reply to the show cause issued to him vide orders dated 09.12.2014. Case is adjourned for next date on request of the complainant so that he could get the information supplied to him by the respondent PIOs and their subordinates.
