The honourable High Court of Punjab and Haryana has accepted my two Constitutional Mandamus Writ Petitions filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India to challenge the orders of the State Information Commission Punjab in two separate complaint cases filed by me with it u/s 18 of the RTI Act, 2005, for two of my respective RTI applications filed with ACP West, Amritsar, with various information questions. The honourable High Court has issued a notice of motion for next date and summoned: 1) State Information Commission Punjab 2) Public Information Officer, ACP West, Amritsar 3) ACP West, Amritsar in both of the cases. Now with this the onus is put upon on the above three responding parties to justify the denial to my information requests via mean of RTI applications and satisfy the honourable High Court with their submissions in both the cases.
