Visited Dr. Dharamvira Dv Gandhi, Member Parliament Patiala, at his camp-office-cum-clinic and seen him working, as a doctor and as a parliamentarian, doing both of his duties towards the society. There was a highly pleasant and long discussion, rather mutual exchange of thoughts, on the wide range of topics concerning politics, society, democracy, rights matters, ideologies and current issues and problems of the region or otherwise, among others. And by which law you are giving this judgement defining what is natural or unnatural? What is the definition of natural? How something be termed as natural or against the law of nature? How someone be given right to comment on the life and liberty of other living beings with life and liberty being defined and regarded as most primal human and fundamental right? I am straight, as thus I have my own freedom to like or live with someone from the opposite sex, similarly someone who is homosexual do you have similar freedom to like or live with someone from the same sex, and noone else who are otherwise like me have any right to comment upon the naturality or unnaturality of others who are homosexual - lesbian or gay, or judge them or curtail their fundamental human rights .. If I as a heterosexual have my right to live my life with dignity and freedom so does have any homosexual, and as a fellow human being I have no right to give my word on the life of someone else and to term someone's own preferences or natural cravings as unlawful until or unless they harm the freedom and life of the society as a whole.. What someone may be doing behind the four walls of his or her house is none of the business of the state and judiciary to define and decide by due procedures of law.. The privacy of any living being can't be intruded on the name of law and order if someone is not posing any mortal threat to the existence of the society ..

The institution of governor in present day has been reduced to a threat to the federal structure of Indian nation with central government been given the absolute power to appoint and control governors who can in turn issue diktats over the elected government of the states, a clear disrespect to the mandate been given by the people of the states and to their elected governments in due democratic process. In the democratic setup of our country, the legislative council is answerable to the people of the state who ellect its members directly. These elected legislatures have only been given the right to choose the executives of the state who would do the all the work of the administration in their respective states, while the governors as the post are merely the constitutional heads, as defined by the constitution itself, have to work inline and in accordance with the aspirations of the elected executives which enjoy the confidence of the elected legislatures. However the main fault in this system lies in the appointment system of the governors, with governors have not been the elected constitutional heads like a president at the centre but are the appointed ones, in paper though by the president, but in actual based upon on the will of the incumbent governments in the centre, this provision is rather giving the absolute say and actually the total interference to the incumbents of the day in the centre in the matters of the states and in their executive businesses, a clear threat to the federal structure as envisioned by our forefathers for our country. The incumbent in the centre usually appoints their stooges or their otherwise political associates at the crucial postings of governors in the states and then use these governors as their tools to disrupt the normal functioning of any unfavourable governments in the states, as and when in need, which all thus results in total disrespect to the will and ambitions of the electorates of the states who have rather chosen their elected government there, and also to the constitution of India whose preamble itself gives a clear declaration that it is "we the people" who give authority to all the institutions as defined by the constitution and the will of the people is above all the government in our democracy, and in all our democratic institutions as thus. Like the citizens of whole India altogether have been given the right with universal suffrage to directly elect their legislatures and through them indirectly elect their president together at center, the time has come that the similar model should be applied in the appointment of the governors in the states, with the needed constitutional amendments, so thus a governor should be a representative of the people of the state, as a separate identity from the central government, and thus be made answerable to the will and aspirations of the citizens of the state particular, rather than merely been an appointee or bounded employee of the center.. #Kanwal

If you have substantial evidences in hand about her nexus with the Discoms then why doesn't your goverment order to register a formal complaint against her in the Anti Corruption Bureau and follow procedures in accordance with the law and bring the guilty to the book, rather than making all this ego clash here over the social media as well as the constitutional problem with the LG and with the business of executives, just to settle some scores ? If you have substantial evidences in hand about her nexus with the Discoms then why doesn't your goverment order to register a formal complaint against her in the Anti Corruption Bureau and follow procedures in accordance with the law and bring the guilty to the book, rather than making all this ego clash here over the social media as well as the constitutional problem with the LG and with the business of executives, just to settle some scores ? You are no more an NGO or the protesters condemning the Government, as you are now the government urself, the executives, so thus you have to act in accordance as per the rules and duties defined for you in the constitution...

#साहेब Inferiority Complex की मानसिक बिमारी की किसी बहुत ही Advanced Stage से गुज़र रहे हैं शायद; ख़ुद भले दस लाख का अपने ही नाम की कढ़ाई से मढ़ा हुया सूट पहन कर पूरी दुनिया में न केवल अपनी व पूरे देश की फ़जीहत करवाते हुये घूँमेंगे या Transparent Prompter से ज़ुबानी अंग्रेज़ी भाषण देने का दिखावा कर अपनी कुंठित आकांक्षाओं को शांत करेंगे या फ़िर Do Not Touch वाले किसी विदेशीे History Museum में संरक्षित Artifacts को काला चश्मा पहन गुदगुदाते हुये तस्वीर खिंचवा कर पूरे भारतियों पर पैदाईशी मूर्ख होने का धब्बा लगवाएंगे, बल्कि वे तो किसी मृत के अंतिम-दर्शन को गये हुये भी उसके साथ सेल्फ़ी या ग्रूप्पी खिंचवाना नहीं भूलेंगे; पर, एक पढ़े लिखे अधिकारी के Sunglasses पहनने पर उनके अंदर का चायवाला इस हद्द तक कुंठा और हीन-भावना का शिकार होता है कि वो साँप की तरह विषैला डंक मारने पर उतारू हो जाता है । #कंवल

न्यायतंत्र मे मुख्य अवधारणा तंत्र की है, यह ही इसका केंद्रीय विचार है, जिसके ऊपर इस सारी व्यवस्था का निर्माण होता है, जबकि न्याय का स्थान केवल द्वितीय है या शायद कोई भी नहीं । सारी न्याय संरचना का भीतर-गर्भ केवल तंत्र को ही पोषित और संरक्षित करने के उद्देश्य मात्र से कार्य करता है, और दिखावटी न्याय को केवल भीड़ को भरमाने के लिए और शोषितों के किसी भी संगठित विरोध को दबाने के लिए मात्र एक ढकोसले और छुनछुने के रुप मेँ प्रयोग मेँ लाया जाता है, केवल इस लिए कि इसके पीछे का तंत्र यथा-व्यवस्थ कायम रह सके । #कंवल

Seeing the herds of humans, just by appearence, dancing on tunes of getting of bail by a "convicted killer", convicted and sentenced after following the long but due procedure of law, as a temporary relief, rather only after accepting the status as a convict, from the higher court of appeal just to consider the appeal filed in this regard and not been given the acquittal from the conviction yet in any manner, only strengthens this notion that the very idea of the universal suffrage is the most stupidest notion which the intellect of world ever conceived. #Kanwal

This country definitely has various levels of citizenships or civil rights, with the well connected, celebrities, riches and corporates receiving first class treatment even from the judiciary.. Evil corporates are now playing deception to confuse the common people and get support for their plans against the #NetNeutrality - the real unbiased internet for all without any discrimination - under the veil of social services with a propaganda to present the malafide plans of milking the biased internet with the biased speeds and access only for the specific websites which would rather agree to pay additional revenues to the service providers and in a manner completely gag the individuals, real social endeavours, small businesses, etc. who couldn't afford to pay for their internet existences, and thus totally demolish and destroy the civil liberty of freedom of speech in itself with corporates and their business interests would be deciding who would be able to have their say on internet, with total intolerance for any opposition of them or their sponsors, a real doomsday approaching for human civilization.
