Kanwalosophy: First Appeal u/S 19(1) of RTI Act, 2005 to First Appellate Authority, State Information Commission Punjab, Chandigarh, in a case of no response by the Public Information Officer of the commission in a matter of RTI Application seeking information of details of the powers of State Information Commission Punjab, in regard to enforcing or asking for the presence of complainant or appellants and / or asking for oral arguments than written submissions in the matters of the complaint / appeal cases filed by them respectively, in regard to reserving their orders for some specific period or otherwise, in regard to denial in entertaining or returning back the complaint or appeal cases submitted through e-mail or any other mode than traditional postal mails or physical submission at the reception, in regard to returning the cases rather than processing and asking for the missing documents or signatures, if any, deem needed for the case to be proceeded, along with the source of such powers from the RTI Act, 2005, any law of land, act of parliament or otherwise in this regard. 06.08.2015 Page 02 of 02
