A new landmark (on lowest side) been set by the State Information Commission, Punjab that now the ORDERS of the benches of the commission get LOST / CHANGED in between their dictation by the presiding Information Commissioners in the open courts / chambers, in the very presence of all of the parties concerned, and the final signatures on them later on after the 'careful' writing of same by their readers / PS. The 'State of Punjab' wants to know that who holds the responsibility of this grave criminal offence as per Indian Penal Code and thus total denial of justice? And, is there any moral authority left with the concerned benches of Commission to continue on post? The people want to know !!
