On a legal view, the 5 Head Ministers, just the "salaried employees" of their respective Gurudwara Committees, bodies either constituted by legislations /executive orders or registered under the law of land, are actually violating the Constitution and acting as a parallel Court and issuing enforcing orders / diktats, with the Private Armies like Task Forces of their respective employers having the means to enforce their orders, therefore, they are also running a kind of parallel state within a state, and thus waging war against the nation, and the sedition. These all needed to be booked under the Criminal sections as applicable.

Do Gurudwara Management Committees deduct TDS (Tax Deduced at Source) on the payments and fringe benefits given to the Preachers, Kathawachaks (Sermonizers), Kirtaniyas (Hymn Singers), Dhadhis (Ballard Singers), etc for the preaching programs at congregations? If not, it is a tax evasion, thus a crime punishable by the law, on the part of the concerned Gurudwara Management Committees and all of their functionaries. A Tax Evasion Petition can be filed by any citizen with the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax of the respective region against any such Gurudwara Management Committees or against the concerned payees / beneficiaries of such payments for the action(s), collection of applicable Tax and with the Penalty, initiating the legal proceedings against the tax evaders, along with for the prize in monetary terms (upto 15 lacs) for reporting citizens who report any such tax evasions.

Both of the orders or the Hukamnamas (whatever they call it) by the Five Head Ministers (yes this is their real post as per the Gurdwara Act, 1925) or their representatives sitting at the Akal Takhat Gurudwara (Yes this is its real status again as per the Act) in the matter of Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa are nothing but in all the manners are the Fatwas or religious diktats, and thus both are illegal as per the recent judgement of the Supreme Court dealing with an issue alike ! Sikhs are rather themselves making (these so said) Hukamnamas, of their religious domain, the very business of interest of the Courts, with such fundamentally flawed and violative diktats trying to encroach upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the people, in general, ensured by the Constitution and by the International Charter of Human Rights declared by the United Nations in 1948. Historically and Ideologically, for Sikhs there is only one type of Hukamnama and that is to be taken from hymns of Guru Granth Sahib for spiritual growth and enlightenment, and rest all on the name of maryada (religious code of conduct) is not at all maryada but only the recent political interests conquering the faith, with an addition that for socio-political issues, Sikhs historically had a maryada of Gurmata (Collective Decision in light of Sikh Principles enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib) by Sarbat Khalsa (General Congregation of all Sikhs), and this priestly FATWA like Hukamnama thing of these days is more a politics than the maryada in any manner. Adding more to it, especially for the ones who justfy these Fatwas or religious diktats and press for their superiority over the modern day Courts, even in the matters which are otherwise to be decided by the applicable laws of land, just by terming them predated to mordren courts, that saying only a predated thing the rightful just because it is older would otherwise create a big question, rather doubt, on the whole Sikhism as all of the Paganic, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian or Islamic practices predate the Sikhi in all manners !!

Today in High Court of Punjab and Haryana in 2 different matters of Kawaldeep Singh Vs. 1. State Information Commission Punjab 2. Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Amritsar 3. Public Information Officer, Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Amritsar to challenge the respective orders of State Information Commission Punjab in 2 different complaint cases "Kawaldeep Singh Vs. Public Information Officer, Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Amritsar" due to illegal denial about the exitence of records that are asked through RTI Application after removing them from the files, by proving their existence on record through Telephonic recordings. State's council appeared on behalf of all the respondents asked for a date to prepare the reply, so thus both the matters adjourned for the next date.

Just received a call from Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity (DAVP), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, to get the clarity about the matter in regard to my First Appeal filed with the First Appellate Authority, DAVP, on 01.09.2015 in matter of NO REPLY to Information Request via RTI Application about the head-wise details of expenditures toward advertisements by the various Ministries / Departments of Government of India with complete details expressed in Media Organizations wise expenditures.
