The Director Town Planning Punjab Email: directortp.lg@gmail.com Subject: Fwd: Application for rebuilding the street road been dug by a J.E. in Municipal Corporation Patiala for laying dedicated 3 inch water line to his house Sir Inspite of the due complaint to your office in regard to digging of the whole street road in Dooma Wali Gali, Patiala due to laying of a dedicated 3-inch water line just for one house of an unruly and unrelentful J.E. of the Municipal Corporation, Patiala and thus causing the complete inconvenience to the residents of the locality, it is the ground situation now that rather than starting the rebuilding of road and working for the water pressure that has been going down for whole region due to this dedicated water line separately to just one house, the official adamantly continuing with digging work today, 10.12.2015, too under the protection and patronisation of some senior officials in the Municipal Corporation Patiala, so that so, now he has connived with 1-2 houses in his neighborhood to cover up the matter by sharing the benefits of this dedicated line with them at the cost of whole locality and at the cost of public funds in the custody of Municipal Corporation for civic amenities to the general public. Please find the photographs attached for continuing of digging work today now for cover up. It is, now, requested to take the strict and exemplary action against the erring official on immediate basis, recovering the cost from him for all damages to roads and also to public funds been misused for this laying of a dedicated line along with imposing a penalty on him to be paid at his personal capacity in addition to building the roads in street to end the due inconvenience being faced by the citizens of this whole area due to the unruly act of this official of Municipal Corporation of Patiala.
