Gau Rakheya Tax = Jaziyah ? What is the difference between the forced imposition of "Gau Rakheya Tax" (Tax for Safety of Cows) by Badal government of Punjab on every citizen (of all types - including who worship cow as mother, who consider it as just another animal or who see it as nothing more than an eatable food source) and the forced imposition of Jaziyah Tax on all non-muslims during medieval history by communal fanatic rulers like Aurangzeb ?
