While accepting and recognizing the right of self-determination of the Kashmiris in their state, what is the guarantee, and who could be trusted enough to give same, that the same rights as of the majority would be granted to the minorities of the state, including the Pandits, Sikhs and others been living there or made to move out as refugees, in contrast to the very known facts of the recent history of their prosecution by the fundamentalist and hardliner militia subscribing to one dominant religious majority of the valley, in some situation of the future when the Indian nation be made to move out of their claimed land ? #Kanwal
