What would happen if you file an RTI Application to Supreme Court of India: RTI to the Supreme Court of India always goes to some junior Additional Registrar's office as CPIO (or his dealing hand), who would reply with same template of denial, all the times, without taking any pain to read it; and then if you proceed with the first appeal, it would go to the FAA, who is the Registrar, SC, and who always give same template order saying that the CPIO, SC has given the correct reply, so no action needed, so dismissed; after that if you decide to go to the Central Information Commission, your case would be listed only after 2 years or so, and where the CIC would simply take all the pain to justify the actions of the CPIO and FAA, of SC, in every manner and dismisses the second appeal, again with a ready-to-sign template order; and the post of the CJI has already been transferred to two different sets of bumps, in between ! #ActivismInIndia #IndianJudiciary #SupremeCourt #RTI #India #Kanwal
