India is a land where judgements are pronounced by the courts merely to satisfy the collective idiocy of majority, political placating of votebanks and are based only upon the personal opinions, alignments, shortfalls, egos and zeals of individual judicial officers than taking any pain to extensively review the evidences, their nature, reliability, investigative outcomes and counter-views, scientific and technical analysis, etc., Justice is never upheld.
