Kanwalosophy: WRITTEN SUBMISSION in matter of of a complaint case "Kawaldeep Singh Vs. Public Information Officer, O/o President, #SGPC, Amritsar" in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 due to no reply from the respondent to an Information Request made through an RTI Application with PIO, President SGPC dated 14.01.2015 in regard to providing the details of compliance of section 4 of RTI Act, 2005, to be read with its various subsections, since the issuance of notification of RTI Act, in regard to the SGPC and for all the organizations running under its management or otherwise with compliance of same on their respective websites, about the details of all the salaried posts that exist with SGPC and under the organizations managed by it, including their service, salary breakups and all applicable regulations governing them, about the selection procedure, qualification, experience requirements, etc. for all such posts available with SGPC and in its managed organizations along with details of all such selection processes happened till date since notification of RTI Act, about the rules and regulations of the transfer, promotion, salary increments, procedure of relieving and removing employees working with SGPC for all such salaried posts available with SGPC and its children organizations, and about the criminal records of all of its employees who are working on various posts in its organizational structure. The Secretary, Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee, Sri Amritsar Sahib who was Impeded as necessary party and was ordered to join the proceedings and also to give an undertaking as to what all has been done as per the requirement of the RTI Act and also why it has not been done so far and what remedial measures are going to be taken in last order by the bench of Sh. S. S. Channy, Hon'ble Chief Information Commissioner, Punjab, was again ordered by a new bench of Sh. Ravinder Singh Nagi, Hon'ble State Information Commissioner, Punjab, to file an undertaking under the signature of Secretary, SGPC positively by the next date when the representative of SGPC joined the proceedings and seeked time to file the undertaking as per the last order in this matter. 03.11.2015 Page 01 of 02
