Dear S. Kuldip Singh Ji, I need to bring a very important point in your concern in regard to the hatred against the LGBTQ2 community been propagated in your program today, Saturday, May 2017, on Radio KRPI by Mr. Prabhdeep Singh, associated with an organization named Tiger Jatha from UK, when he used in vernacular Punjabi the words "Eh Samlingi Kisam Da Banda" more than once while talking about Mr. Harnam Singh Dhumma, which was suggestively derogatory towards the LGBTQ2 people world over, as this program was relayed by many internet streaming options around the world, and also specifically in Canada as this program was controlled on the land, under jurisdiction of Canada. It is to be noted that it is other thing to oppose a person, Harnam Singh Dhumma in this case, and completely other and disgusting to raise suggestive slur against a community, LGBTQ2 in this case. I personally in Canada, stand for the rights and dignity of all the communities, irrespective of the race, ethnicity, color, language background, nationalities, gender, sexual orientation, or otherwise, which are also protected by human rights code in Canada under the laws of land, and therefore shocked and hurt at personal level while listening to such suggestive slurs on your program. I, therefore, request you to tender an apology to LGBTQ2 community officially from your program and give strict instructions to your guests generally and Mr. Prabhdeep Singh specifically to never repeat such disgusting behavior in future.
