Our hypocrisy gets fully exposed when we realize that the Courts are biased and suffer from serious procedural flaws but only when they do not act as per our ideology and in the matters which are of our interest else these same Courts are the very temples of justice in the cases towards which we have 'less' or 'no' sympathy.

I have condemned the capital punishment of Yakub Memon only on one ground that I oppose the death penalty for any living being in principle in any case, may whatever the compelling reasons been behind it. But is it astonishingly ironic, highly shameful and totally disgusting for those people who opposed the same merely on the vested ground that if he had to be hanged then why others, given the death sentences for one or other reasons, are being spared from the same fate, and thus in a manner they have showed their true colours that they do support all such judicial killings but for the ones they have 'less' or 'no' sympathy. This actually has exposed their real character and has torn-off their veil of humanity, just a disguise, for the sake of malafide interests and cunning polical motives.. Many characters are exposed in all this, even those who have remained successful in hiding their hypocrisy under multiple faces till now..

I can still remember the day when I met you as one of the few selected students from the different states of India and shook hands with you, had your autograph (with my own pen which I have preserved with me since then as a memoir and never used then after) and got a direct chance to ask questions from you while you been as a President of India came to Dehradoon as the chief guest on the inauguration function of 31st Jawahar Lal Nehru National Science Fair for Children, and not only that but while sitting in the front row for children, when I asked multiple questions to you, you said to me with a most memorable smile, "You are a question bank !", and it was rather you who called we students to come forward and sit there breaking the barriers of VVIP security, and also that how I submitted my project file to you for which I also received a letter from your secretariat few months from that acknowledging the same. This is the highly irresponsible and most shameful on the part of those media groups who are trying to predict, rather stating with confidence of questionable kind, about the involvement of this or that extremist organization in the present terrorist attack ongoing in the Dinanagar of Punjab while giving their coverage on the issue, specially when the counter operation is still ongoing by the security forces, and that too when no evidences at all are collected and no investigation happened there in this matter by the empowered and competent authority, which is definitely an after job of this operation. It is rather in itself looking more conspiratorial that how come these channels of media came to know who is involved in it at such premature point of time? These media channels should strongly be condemned for trying to communalize a collective national security issue.

FOR ALL SENIOR RTI ACTIVISTS / VIGILANTE CITIZENS: There is definitely some very serious and thoughtful work been required to be done in the due legal framework by all the citizen rights enthusiasts, RTI activists and the vigilante citizens on the most pinching and disturbing issue of today, sadly involving the judicial pillar of democracy, i.e. the unnecessarily long adjournments in the High Courts especially in the matters of the writ petitions filed under the articles 226 & 32 of the Indian Constitution before the hon'ble courts in the RTI matters, as in actual this is a very much avoidable procedural delay in the otherwise time bound RTI Act framework and thus in fact slow-poisoning the spirit and purpose of the act, and killing the whole motive behind it.

Started my endeavour to make atleast some change in the issues related to the transparency and accountability in the departments related to the Directorate General of Income Tax (Investigation), to make them to shell out atleast some information under RTI Act, 2005, irrespective of the fact that it is an exempted organization added in Second Schedule of RTI Act by a notification of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions in 2008, where all enlisted organizations are exempted under the provisions of the Act, due to fact that information belonging to them is related to the Intelligence and / or Security, but with the two windows been left open in the sub section (1) of section 24 with: "Provided that the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub-section" Thus the following information is not excluded: • Information pertaining to the allegations of corruption • Information pertaining to the allegations of human rights violations It is, therefore, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions had asked even these exempted organizations to appoint CPIOs and FAA in its notification. However it has become a norm with these organizations in the second schedule that they summarily reject the RTI Applications filed with them without going into the contents just flashing their exemption status, the same is being done by the DGIT (Inv.) to the applications of seeking information from it under the Act. In the matter of DGIT (Inv.) particularly, there are various directions however been given by the CIC against the same norm as this department deals with the allegations of tax evasion and corruption, but it seems that it has not impacted the ground level working of the department, so now I am trying to follow the appeal route in the Act, first a presentation before the Appellate Authority in DGIT (Inv.) and allied departments and then to CIC to settle the law in the matter, and if needed through Courts.

Showing placards in the house of parliament is shameful and disgusting and an insult to the parliamentary democracy.. If the speaker is actually a speaker and worth one's salt owed to the nation, then all of those members of house involved in same must immediately be suspended on first incident as warning and then a disciplinary committee proceeding be initiated against them on any repetition of such act by them to decide why not their membership be revoked, without any discrimination towards any of member, may which ideology they subscribe and may which party they belong. However not allowing the opposition to have their say and not addressing their issues and grievances is equally shameful and disgusting for both the parliament and executives, and should be addressed by the speaker in equally strong manner. #Kanwal

ਵਡਹੰਸੁ ਮਹਲਾ ੧ ਘਰੁ ੨ ॥ ਮੋਰੀ ਰੁਣ ਝੁਣ ਲਾਇਆ ਭੈਣੇ ਸਾਵਣੁ ਆਇਆ ॥ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੁੰਧ ਕਟਾਰੇ ਜੇਵਡਾ ਤਿਨਿ ਲੋਭੀ ਲੋਭ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ॥ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਖੰਨੀਐ ਵੰਞਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਕੁਰਬਾਣੋ ॥ ਜਾ ਤੂ ਤਾ ਮੈ ਮਾਣੁ ਕੀਆ ਹੈ ਤੁਧੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਕੇਹਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਣੋ ॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 557} ਪਦਅਰਥ: ਮੋਰੀ—ਮੋਰਾਂ ਨੇ। ਰੁਣਝੁਣ—ਮਿੱਠਾ ਗੀਤ। ਲਾਇਆ—ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਤੇਰੇ—(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਤੇਰੇ ਇਹ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੱਸ਼। ਮੁੰਧ—ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ। ਕਟਾਰੇ—ਕਟਾਰ। ਜੇਵਡਾ—ਜੇਵੜਾ, ਫਾਹੀ। ਤਿਨਿ—(ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਦੇ) ਇਸ (ਸੁਹਾਵਣੇ ਸਰੂਪ) ਨੇ। ਲੁਭਾਇਆ—ਮੋਹ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦਰਸਨ ਵਿਟਹੁ—ਇਸ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਤੋਂ ਜੋ ਹੁਣ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਖੰਨੀਐ ਵੰਞਾ—ਮੈਂ ਟੋਟੇ ਟੋਟੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਜਾ ਤੂ—ਚੂੰਕਿ ਤੂੰ (ਇਸ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ)। ਮੈਂ ਮਾਣੁ ਕੀਆ ਹੈ—ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਣ ਦਾ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੀ ਹੈ)। ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭੈਣ! ਸਾਵਨ (ਦਾ ਮਹੀਨਾ) ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ (ਸਾਵਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਘਟਾਂ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ) ਮੋਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਗੀਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ (ਤੇ ਪੈਲਾਂ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ)। (ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਤੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਮੈਂ ਜੀਵ-ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਵਾਸਤੇ, ਮਾਨੋ, ਕਟਾਰ ਹੈ (ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਿਰਹੋਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਟ ਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ) ਫਾਹੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਣ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਹ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ (ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਖਿੱਚੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ)। (ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਤੇਰੇ ਇਸ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਤੋਂ ਜੋ ਹੁਣ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਹਾਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਹਾਂ (ਤੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਸਰੂਪ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ) ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਹਾਂ। (ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਚੂੰਕਿ ਤੂੰ (ਇਸ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ) ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਣ ਦਾ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ (ਕਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੀ ਹੈ)। ਜੇ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਤੂੰ ਨ ਦਿੱਸੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਣ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਹ ਸਵਾਦ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਏ ਕਿ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਹੈ? ਚੂੜਾ ਭੰਨੁ ਪਲੰਘ ਸਿਉ ਮੁੰਧੇ ਸਣੁ ਬਾਹੀ ਸਣੁ ਬਾਹਾ ॥ ਏਤੇ ਵੇਸ ਕਰੇਦੀਏ ਮੁੰਧੇ ਸਹੁ ਰਾਤੋ ਅਵਰਾਹਾ ॥ ਨਾ ਮਨੀਆਰੁ ਨ ਚੂੜੀਆ ਨਾ ਸੇ ਵੰਗੁੜੀਆਹਾ ॥ ਜੋ ਸਹ ਕੰਠਿ ਨ ਲਗੀਆ ਜਲਨੁ ਸਿ ਬਾਹੜੀਆਹਾ ॥ ਸਭਿ ਸਹੀਆ ਸਹੁ ਰਾਵਣਿ ਗਈਆ ਹਉ ਦਾਧੀ ਕੈ ਦਰਿ ਜਾਵਾ ॥ ਅੰਮਾਲੀ ਹਉ ਖਰੀ ਸੁਚਜੀ ਤੈ ਸਹ ਏਕਿ ਨ ਭਾਵਾ ॥ ਮਾਠਿ ਗੁੰਦਾਈ ਪਟੀਆ ਭਰੀਐ ਮਾਗ ਸੰਧੂਰੇ ॥ ਅਗੈ ਗਈ ਨ ਮੰਨੀਆ ਮਰਉ ਵਿਸੂਰਿ ਵਿਸੂਰੇ ॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 558} ਪਦਅਰਥ: ਭੰਨੁ—ਤੋੜ ਦੇ। ਸਿਉ—ਨਾਲ। ਮੁੰਧੇ—ਹੇ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀਏ! ਸਣੁ—ਸਮੇਤ। ਬਾਹੀ—ਪਲੰਘ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੀਆਂ। ਏਤੇ—ਇਤਨੇ, ਇਹ ਕਈ। ਵੇਸ—ਸਿੰਗਾਰ। ਕਰੇਦੀਏ—ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਏ! ਰਾਤੋ—ਰੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਵਰਾਹਾ—ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ। ਮਨੀਆਰੁ—ਚੂੜੀਆਂ ਚਾੜਨ ਵਾਲਾ। ਨਾ ਸੇ ਵੰਗੁੜੀਆਹਾ—ਨਾਹ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਵੰਗਾਂ ਸੋਹਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੋ। ਸਹ ਕੰਠਿ—ਖਸਮ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਨਾਲ। ਜਲਨੁ—ਸੜ ਜਾਣ {ਵਿਆਕਰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ 'ਜਲਨੁ' ਹੁਕਮੀ ਭਵਿੱਖਤ, ਅੱਨ ਪੁਰਖ, ਬਹੁ-ਵਚਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਇਕ-ਵਚਨ ਹੈ 'ਜਲਉ' ਜਿਵੇਂ "ਕਲਮ ਜਲਉ ਸਣੁ ਮਸਵਾਣੀਐ"}। ਸਭਿ—ਸਾਰੀਆਂ। ਰਾਵਣਿ—ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਨ। ਹਉ—ਮੈਂ। ਦਾਧੀ—ਤੱਤੀ, (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਸੜੀ ਹੋਈ। ਕੈ ਦਰਿ—ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ? ਅੰਮਾਲੀ—{अम् आली} ਹੇ ਸਖੀ! ਖਰੀ—ਬਹੁਤ। ਸੁਚਜੀ—ਚੰਗੇ ਚੱਜ ਵਾਲੀ, ਚੰਗੀ ਕਰਤੂਤ ਵਾਲੀ। ਏਕਿ—ਇੱਕ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਇੱਕ ਭੀ ਗੁਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ। ਮਾਠਿ—ਸਵਾਰ ਕੇ। ਗੁੰਦਾਈ—ਮੈਂ ਗੁੰਦਾਂਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਮਾਗ—ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਲਾ ਚੀਰ। ਨ ਮੰਨੀਆ—ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ। ਮਰਉ—ਮੈਂ ਮਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਵਿਸੂਰਿ ਵਿਸੂਰੇ—ਵਿਸੂਰਿ, ਵਿਸੂਰਿ ਝੁਰ ਝੁਰ ਕੇ, ਧੁਖ ਧੁਖ ਕੇ। ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭੋਲੀ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀਏ! (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਦਰ ਤੇ) ਆਖ-ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਲਕ! ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੇਹੜੀ ਭੇਟ ਧਰਾਂ! ਆਪਣਾ ਸਿਰ ਵੱਢ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬੈਠਣ ਲਈ ਆਸਣ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂ (ਭਾਵ,) ਆਪਾ-ਭਾਵ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਤੀ (ਸਾਡੀ ਮੂਰਖਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ) ਸਾਥੋਂ ਓਪਰਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ (ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਨਾਣ ਲਈ ਇਹੀ ਇਕ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਅਸੀ ਆਪਾ-ਭਾਵ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਈਏ, ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਈਏ।੧।੩।

I strongly oppose the hanging of Yakub Memon not because of the facts of the case, but because of my total opposition to the capital punishment in principle in any matter. No society can claim itself civilized if it lives in a myth that sending someone to gallows could eliminate the crime.. Death brings pain only, not at all the relief; and those who find any kind of solace in the agony of the others are simply the beasts, nothing else.

A partial reply (third reply) sent by the Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India to an RTI application asking the information in regard to the expenditure on advertisements of all the ministries / departments of Government of India, in various modes of media. In this reply the certain details for planned and non-planned expenditure are provided: (i) ONLY for the financial year of 2015-16 and (ii) ONLY for one Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, though the Information was asked for all the financial years for the period from date of notification of the RTI Act, 2005 till the disposal of this application, and that too only after sending of memorandum directly to the Director DAVP, after the initial totally wrong and unrelated information and then second memorandum for pointing out the incomplete information been sent as reply. I am not undoubtful about political pressure and gimmick behind rape accusations on IPS Officer Amitabh Thakur only after he proceeded for complaint against Mulayam Singh Yadav for allegations of threatening because of his "claimed" anti-corruption crusades against the powerful incumbents of State of Uttar Pradesh, but why "only" such rape cases seem prima facie false where it is the convenience, not in every other case when even NCRB and Court conviction "data" shows that most of the rape cases are more or less "consensual sex" later turned into rape accusations due to one or other ulterior motives, and that too just on the "words of the mouth" of a lady? Sadly, the Indian psyche is so much fed with venom of anti men "Feminist" ideology in general that we couldn't even wait for "medical reports" to come or the trial to complete with "conviction" and pronouncement of "sentence" to demand for "lynching" of accused who is not yet convict by the due legal process, with fundamental principle of justice "innocent until proven guilty" been left to rot in such cases. And we speak only for such cases for accusations seeming false when they seem, rather spoonfed as, suitable to our comfort and on just (synthetic and) "selective" calls of conscious.
