यहाँ एक बात मैं स्पष्ट कर देना चाहता हूँ जो कि अलग-अलग मंचों पर कई और वामपंथियों ने भी बेहद ही गलत तरीके से उठाई है, जिसमें कि या तो महज़ सही जानकारी का अभाव है या फिर एक बेहद ही विकृत मानसिकता और विचारधारा के अंतर्गत जानबूझकर गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर नवंबर 1984 के नरसंहार को खालिस्थान के साथ जुड़ा हुआ प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है जबकि नवंबर 1984 का नरसंहार या उससे जुड़ी या फिर उससे पहले की कोई भी घटना जो पंजाब में सिख समुदाय से संबंधित है वह खालिस्तान आंदोलन के साथ कोई भी संबंध नहीं रखती । असल में पंजाब में चले आंदोलनों के पुरे परिदृश्य को 3 हिस्सों में देखना ही सही मायने में उसका विवेकशील तथा निष्पक्ष विवेचन होगा जिसमें सबसे पहला हिस्सा 1978 से लेकर 1984 तक का है जहां कहीं भी किसी भी रुप में खालिस्तान की मांग कोई मुद्दा नहीं रही थी बल्कि 1975 की इमरजेंसी से लेकर 1984 तक का समय केवल आनंदपुर साहिब के मते और भारतीय संविधान की मूल भावना के अनुरुप सामने लाई गई जनतांत्रिक मांगों पर आधारित था जिसमें पंजाब के पानी का मसला भी शामिल था । खालिस्तान की मांग को सही मायने में पंजाब की आंदोलन राजनीति में जगह ही भारत की प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी द्वारा जून 1984 में किये गये ऑपरेशन ब्लू स्टार के बाद में मिली थी, जिसमें कि जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाला (जो कि किसी ज़माने में इंदिरा गांधी का ही मोहरा माना जाता रहा था जिसको कि इंदिरा ने ही पंजाब के राजनीतिक पटल पर एक गरम पंथी सिख नेता के तौर पर जगह दिलाई थी ताकि 1975 में ऐमरजेंसी का विरोध करने वाले अकालियों को सबक सिखाया जा सके, जो कि बाद में निजी विश्वास और बहुत सारे और कारणों के चलते उसके हाथों से बाहर निकल कर अपनी आज़ाद हस्ती स्थापित कर चुका था और सिकखों के मन से जुड़े मसलों को बड़े ज़ोर-शोर से उठा कर उनकी एक बड़ी आबादी का वाहिद नेता बन चुका था) को सिक्खों के राजनीतिक मरकज़ अकाल तख़्त से बाहर निकालने के नाम पर उनके सबसे पवित्र स्थान हरिमंदर साहिब, जो कि समूची सिख कौम के लिए मुसलमानों के मुकद्दस मक्का शरीफ़ जैसा स्थान रखता है, पर हिंदुस्तान की सरकार द्वारा तोपों और टैंकों से हमला किया गया जो किसी भी जमहूरी निज़ाम की तारीख़ में अपनी ही आबादी पर समूची फ़ौजी ताक्त के प्रयोग की पहली घटना थी; जिसके कारण एक समूची कौमियत में इस मुल्क के प्रति बेगानापन पैदा होना लाज़िम ही था जो कि हुआ भी, और जिसका परिणाम इंदिरा गांधी की मृत्यु में निकला जिसको कि बहाना बनाकर नवंबर 1984 का कत्लेआम करवाया गया हालाकि उसकी तैयारी एक लंबे समय से बहुत पहले चल रही थी जिसका ज़िक्र डॉ़ संगत सिंह अपनी किताब में काफी तफ़सील से करते हैं । सो पंजाब के आंदोलनो का दूसरा हिस्सा 1984-85 से लेकर 1995 में पंजाब के तत्कालीन मुख्य-मंत्री बेअंत सिंह की मृत्यु तक चलता है जिसमें की खालिस्तान की माँग मुख्य मुद्दा था । तीसरा हिस्सा 1995-96 से लेकर आज तक का है जिसमें खालिस्तान कहीं भी मुख्य मुद्दा नहीं बच गया है । अब इन तीनों हिस्सों को समझने के बाद यह बात एकदम से साफ़ हो जाती है कि नवंबर 1984 का नरसंहार किसी भी प्रकार से खालिस्तान आंदोलन से जुड़ा हुआ नहीं था और न ही एक बेहद ज़लील तरीके से इसको खालिस्तान आंदोलन का प्रतिउत्तर कहना किसी भी प्रकार से वाजिब है, बल्कि यह केवल और केवल इंदिरा गांधी और बाद में राजीव गांधी के अंतर्गत चल रही सरकारों द्वारा एक समुदाय विशेष का पूर्व नियोजित ढंग से किया गया एक बेहद बेरहम कत्लेआम था, जिसकी मिसाल हिटलर की नाज़ी सेनायों द्वारा किए गए यहूदी कत्लेआम के इलावा मौजूदा इतिहास में कहीं और नहीं मिलती । #कंवल

The damage #KanhaiyaKumar had done (to himself) by his original insensitive statement about the genocidal massacre of Delhi 1984, by belittling (more or less justifying) it, is irreparable by any clarification later; the clarification rather proved only that he is nothing more but one of those seasoned thick-skinned politicians. Moreover, all his (later staged) show of ignorance couldn't absolve him from being an exposed #WolfInSheepsSkin; any claim of #Ignorance after the original statement would further establish him as a fool too, and I think, fools do not deserve to be idolised. I only "sympathized" with him being a "victim" of apartheid state (having no regret on same) but he proved himself as either dumb by choice (being a Ph.D. research scholar in humanities) and /or characteristic inconsiderate who can ruthlessly turn his face, at his comfort, from historical uncomfortable facts just to please his audience, and it is always that when you are not siding with the truth you're always siding with the dark as there is no other option. So he is wolf in sheep's skin, indeed. #KanhaiyaProvedDumb #NeverForget1984

The only difference between Delhi 1984 and Gujarat 2002 lies in the fact that the former is a fully state-sponsored selective genocidal massacre of the people belonging to one particular community, ethnicity and identity with all the due support from the machinery of state where even the so perceived / projected neutral and independent Judiciary of India is exposed of possessing the lowest of its character, while the later is a riot between two communities where people from either side were affected though damage to one side had been more due to ineffectiveness and lack of will of the government concerned in controlling the situation. #KanhaiyaProvedDumb #NeverForget1984

(२२-०३-२०१६) पटियाला शहर के आर.टी.आई. कार्यकर्ता कवलदीप सिंघ ने प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय में एक आर.टी.आई. आवेदन द्वारा यह पूछा था कि भारत के सविधान या भारत की पार्लिमेंट द्वारा पास किए गए किसी भी कानून के अनुसार क्या कोई ऐसा प्रावधान है जिसके द्वारा किसी भारतीय नागरिक द्वारा "भारत माता की जय", "वंदे मातरम्" या "जय हिंद" का नारा लगाने से मना करना कोई अपराध है या किसी भारतीय को ऐसा नारा लगाने से मना करने के लिए भारत की नागरिकता छोड़ कर पाकिस्तान या किसी दूसरे देश की नागरिकता लेने के लिए मजबूर किया जा सकता है और क्या किसी भारतीय सांसद या राज्यों की विधानसभाओं के सदस्यों को केवल इन नारों को लगाने से मना करने के आधार पर उनकी सदस्यता से स्थाई या अल्पकालीन तौर पर निष्काषित किया जा सकता है, जिसके जवाब में प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने इस आर.टी.आई. में आवेदन में पूछे गए सवालों से अपना पल्ला झाड़ते हुए इस आवेदन को विधायी विभाग को स्थानांतरित कर दिया है ।

Seeing how all the acts of violence over a prolonged period during Jats' Strike for reservation in Haryana are shamelessly being denied and justified officially by all the government machinery and committing violators & agitating goons with the destruction of evidences and open threatening to the said witnesses and to all the voices of opposition, there is no doubt left now that anything else would be written in the final closure reports of all the said enquiries in these matters than that all those agitators did nothing else except distributing flowers and sweets to all the commuters passing through Haryana that time along with saving the properties of all those common people who set fires to their shops, businesses, dhabas, etc. by themselves during that period and also giving brand new clothes to all those girls and ladies who got themselves all naked in front of those agitators by tearing-off their own clothes and undergarments. #Kanwal

ORDERS RESERVED BY THE FULL BENCH OF STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION PUNJAB IN A COMPLAINT CASE KAWALDEEP SINGH Vs KHALSA COLLEGE CHARITABLE SOCIETY AMRITSAR 03.02.2016 A full bench of State Information Commission Punjab reserved it's orders in a complaint case titled Kawaldeep Singh vs. Khalsa College Charitable Society Amritsar dated 03.02.2016 in a matter of Complaint Case filed against President, Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 to challenge the reply from the respondent about their malafide denial to an Information Request through an RTI Application with a wrongful claim of not being a Public Authority to be covered under the act, in which the respondent society was directed to send the reply to complainant on Affidavits as per the last orders of this full bench of the commission and via registered post at his address, to the contentions given by the complainant in his complaint dated 14.05.2015 and in the separate written submissions made before the full bench of the commission dated 25.06.2015 and 08.09.2015. Respondent filed affidavit on oath to which the complainant again replied in writing and the arguments of both parties were heard in details by the full bench before keeping the final orders reserved in the matter to decide whether the respondent society is a Public Authority or not as per RTI Act, 2005.
