आसाराम पर आए फैसले पर इतना खुश ना होयें, क्योंकि यह केवल मोदी और संघ द्वारा अपने ही पैदा किए हुए भस्मासुर को बरतने के बाद कचरे के डिब्बे में फेंक देने की बानगी भर है । यही कुछ राम रहीम के समय में भी हुआ था, जिसे भी खुद संघ द्वारा ही पैदा किया गया, फलीभूत किया गया, और जब वह बस से बाहर हो गया और उसकी महत्वकांक्षाएं हद से ज़्यादा बढ़ गई तो उसे जेल में डाल कर निपटा दिया गया । संघ एक बहुत ही शातिर संगठन है, वोटों के ध्रुवीकरण के लिए वह ऐसे भस्मासुर पैदा करता ही रहता है जो उनके विरोधियों के विपरीत संघ के हाथ का दस्ता बन सकें; पर जब यही भस्मासुर वश से बाहर हो जाते हैं तो स्वयं ही उनके छुपा कर रखे गए काले कारनामों को उजागर कर उनका विनाश कर देना भी संघ की ही नीति है । #कंवल

In the spirit of Indian Constitution, the President, Vice President or the speakers of the houses, are just the constitutional funtionary roles, not the legislative or executive. It is, therefore, their discretion is not their personal discretion, at their own will, but simply guided by the collective decision taken by the elected representatives, in the numbers mentioned in the constitution. With rejection of a notice given by the members well over the number of members specified by the constitution, the Vice President of India, in the capacity of chair of the Rajya Sabha, overstepped, and clearly violated the constitution. Tomorrow, following the same steps, the another ceremonial head, the President of India, with malafide motives, could simply deny the leader of the majority of elected members of Lok Sabha to form a government, claiming following his discretion, and simply kill the constitution, in accordance with the precedence set today. #Kanwal

#Death_For_Rapists_Of_Children #Arrest_Without_Bail What would happen if there would be false allegation, by parents of alleged victim for personal animosity, monetary dealings, etc.? Rape is anyways disgusting, either of man or a woman, but why no recognition been given to the rape of a male child, and equal punishment for same if the accused is female or a male?
