PRESIDENT, KHALSA COLLEGE CHARITABLE SOCIETY, AMRITSAR" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Order passed by the full bench of the State Information Commission Punjab, dated 14.10.2015, in a matter of Complaint Case filed against President, Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 to challenge the reply from the respondent about their malafide denial to an Information Request through an RTI Application with a wrongful claim of not being a Public Authority to be covered under the act, after the submission made by the complainant dated 17.11.2015 that on unattested photocopies have been received as reply at his end in total violation to the last orders of the full bench on 14.10.2015 in which the respondent society was directed to submit a written reply to the contentions given by the complainant in his complaint dated 14.05.2015 and in the separate written submission made before the full bench of the commission dated 08.09.2015, and also made ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION that as THE RESPONDENT SOCIETY INVOLVES INTERESTS OF CERTAIN WELL CONNECTED INDIVIDUAL HOLDING POSITIONS IN IT (see PS for details) and due this THERE IS AN APPREHENSION THAT THIS MATTER MAY BE INFLUENCED and therefore RESPONDENT SOCIETY BE DIRECTED TO FILE ITS SUBMISSIONS IN THIS MATTER ON SWORN AFFIDAVITS, so thus, in view of same respondent society IS DIRECTED TO FILE ITS REPLY VIA AFFIDAVITS to the respondent well in advance before next hearing. 18.11.2015 PS: Sh.
