Two separate appeal cases are listed for hearing in State Information Commission Punjab as Second Appeals, as intimated through telephone calls from the commission, against the FAA & PIO, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar and FAA & PIO, Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar, on urgent basis under the clause of Life and Liberty due to no reply to two separate information requests been made with these offices through RTI Applications under these very provisions of RTI Act, 2005 which later proceeded through First Appeal too.
