Two separate appeal cases are listed for hearing in State Information Commission Punjab as Second Appeals, as intimated through telephone calls from the commission, against the FAA & PIO, Secretary, Local Government, Punjab and FAA & PIO, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Patiala, on urgent basis under the clause of Life and Liberty due to no reply to two separate information requests been made with these offices through RTI Applications under these very provisions of RTI Act, 2005 which later proceeded through First Appeal too, in the matter of digging down of street roads in Dooma Wali Gali, Patiala and then leaving the piles of the earthen materials lying there on road without bothering the inconvenience and safety of the general public by an unruly and unrelenting J.E. of Municipal Corporation, Patiala just for laying down a dedicated water pipeline to his house, without any procedure and approvals, misusing the public funds and resources of Municipal Corporation, Patiala entrusted only for providing civic facilities to the citizens.
