Whether they are uniformed or civil, bureaucrats, excellecies, justices or any other functionaries, who hold the offices of power, the one thing is common in all of them that they hold best of their anecdotes and intelligence for the post-retirement periods, keeping all their mouths totally shut and hands completely crossed while holding the very higher posts of theirs; the politicians are little different, they rather never show their intelligence at all as they never retire even while on deathbeds. #Kanwal
