Kanwal Speaks - December 09, 2015 at 06:20AM

The confessions of the former police officer Gurmeet Pinki in regard to the multitudes of fake encounters that happened in Punjab over a long period of dark past which had otherwise been used as a regular practice by the police or the other paramilitary forces been operative in the region who were actually given a free hand, total immunity and a status over and above the civil liberties, citizens' rights and even the law of the land just to incite the fear among the people of a particular minority community and to commit a selective elimination of them by the extreme use of cruelty in order to silence the every voice of descent from the mainstream nationalism of the state and thus carrying out a bloodbath of extreme grade which is thus a matter of complete violation of the Universal Charter of Human Rights declared in 1948, to which the Indian state is also a signatory, in addition to being the grave genocidal crime, and therefore, this case is totally fit for invoking the jurisdiction of International Court of Justice, Hague with an appeal for setting-up a special speedy court of International level under the ICJ and holding trials at par with the Nuremburg trials, as it is now totally ridiculous to expect any justice in these matters from any level of Indian Judiciary when it is totally clear that the every organ of the Indian state is holding huge stakes in all of these crimes. #Kanwal
