If the post of Jathedar of Akal Takhat (actually it is Head Minister / Priest as per the Gurdwara Act 1925 with role limited to perform general daily religious rituals without any additional power of any nature, and the Jathedar is a post which has no legal existence as per the act) is there to stay and he is to be replaced in regard to the present situations within the community at large and due to the disgraceful behavior by the present incumbent towards his post, then I would call for a consensus for an educated Sikh (atleast with Master degree) and a neutral figure belonging to the (so-called) dalit community to be appointed this time at the post for the greater good of the larger Sikh community ..

#दाल_खाने_के_नुकसान दाल खाने से आदमी काणा हो जाता है और उसमें सलवार सूट पहने की इच्छा जाग जाती है, और वो कभी-कभी बंदरों जैसी उछल-कूद करके काला-धन काला-धन चिल्लाने लगता है, और फिर जब मन माफ़िक मुनाफ़े का सौदा और ज़ेड प्लस सिक्योरिटी मिल जाती है तो फिर वह अपने 20 हज़ार करोड़ के धन-कुबेरी आश्रम में मौन आसन में सर नीचे और पांव ऊपर करके अंतर्ध्यान हो जाता है और यदा-कदा बाहर निकल कर अंट-शंट बकता रहता है ।

If you had implemented the #RTI voluntarily in your appointment process for the complete transparency, so that so, every citizen would had been enabled and facilitated to see behind the closed walls of yours self-designed #Collegium system and had been given the rightful right to object on any and every wrongful Act and thus been addressed, there would definitely had been no need for the #NJAC .. You are malafidely forgetting that it is "We The People" who have declared our Constitution and thus have established the Supreme Court, High Courts and Lower Courts to deliver the very Justice to us, therefore, we have all our right to know and say in the appointments of the judges who are made to sit in our Courts to do their duty towards us. This is the democracy, the real one, been derived from the will of the people. #Kanwal

अगर संयुक्त राष्ट्र संगठन को न्याय की मांग के लिए पत्र लिखना कृत्रिम राष्ट्रवादियों की नजर मेँ देशद्रोह है तो जो संयुक्त राष्ट्र में स्थाई सदस्यता की मांग कर रहे हैँ, और इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु यत्र तत्र सर्वत्र हर किसी के तलवे चाट रहे हैँ, उन लंपटों से बड़ा देशद्रोही कोई और दूसरा हो ही नहीँ सकता; सो इस जघन्य देशद्रोह से बचने के लिए भारत को त्वरित संयुक्त राष्ट्र की सदस्यता त्याग देनी चाहिए । #कंवल
