Kanwalosophy: Information is denied by the Public Information Officer, District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar on a WRONGFUL ground of NO RECORD of receiving the copy of the judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the registry of this court, which is otherwise never sent as copy to each and every court of country but available on the website of Supreme Court of India for all including all the High Courts and their subordinate courts to comply, in a matter of RTI Application filed with the same to ask the details of compliance and implementation of the very recent judgement of Honourable Supreme Court of India in "Shreya Singhal Vs. Union of India" dated 26.03.2015 in which the hon’ble Supreme Court has struck down the Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 by terming it unconstitutional. 20.08.2015
