PMO has No information about Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojna In the series of revelations which are coming out about the various poster and political marketing oriented schemes of the present NDA government, a serious and shocking disclosure came out in a reply to an RTI application filed by a Patiala based RTI Activist Kawaldeep Singh that Prime Minister Office does not know anything about one of the well publicized pet project of this government Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojna which was launched by the Prime Minister himself and was initiated under the name of his office and is projected as one of the biggest development endeavor of this government for the rural India. Prof. Kawaldeep Singh had filed an RTI Application with Prime Minister Office to know the details of the funds allocated, utilized and all the details of the work done under this scheme to find out the reality of this so marketed project of the new government. However the Prime Minister Office in a reply to same transferred his application to the Ministry of Rural Development under the provisions of 6(3) (ii) of the RTI Act, 2005. It is to be noted that these provisions of RTI Act are only invoked when the original Public Information Officer to which RTI application so filed at first admits that there is no information available in his office in regard to the questions so asked in the same. Therefore, it revealed that the office of the Prime Minister, who won the last election only on the agenda of development, has no knowledge at all on the ground work that is been done in a so publicized scheme of the center government and that too under the name of his office. - June 26, 2015 at 01:34PM

SAANSAD ADARSH GRAM YOJNA, the so marketed pet project of Modi government is just for advertisement sake *A Reply to RTI revealed that No Funds are allotted to villages under this scheme In a shocking revelation obtained through a reply received from the Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development to an RTI Application filed by a Patiala based RTI Activist Kawaldeep Singh that as per the guidelines of Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojna, "no separate funds will be provided to any of the identified village" under the scheme from the Ministry of Rural Development for development purposes. It is to be noted that the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojna is one of the pet projects of the present Modi Government launched by the Prime Minister himself and is projected as one of the biggest development endeavor of this government for the rural India. Engineering Professor turned activist Kawaldeep Singh had filed an RTI Application in regard to same to know the details of the funds allocated, utilized and all the details of the work done under this scheme to find out the reality of this so marketed project of the new government. The RTI reply also revealed that all the physical infrastructure of the identified villages under Saansad Aadarsh Gram Yojna will be created through the convergence of different Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored schemes "already in place for the purpose". In the reply to the question of details of the work done under this scheme, it was replied that as per the guidelines of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojna, village development plan of the identified Gram Panchayats is being finalized at this stage. In a matter of my Complaint Case u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 in State Information Commission, Punjab against the Public Information Officer, Director General of Police, Punjab, for not responding to my information request through RTI Application, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amritsar is impleaded as necessary party who is ordered to be present at the next date of hearing in this matter in the Commission as per the recent orders given by the bench of Information Commissioner in the case. It is to be noted that in one of similar complaint case in the RTI matter for no response in December 2014 the then Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Sh. Babu Lal Meena, IPS, was issued Show Cause Notice by the concerned bench of Information Commissioner. In the present order it is also stated that on the next date of hearing in this matter the provisions of compensation and penalty under the RTI Act, 2005 will be invoked if needed.

Without going into the details of the allegations and the contents of the Police version in the FIR, the question here is whether the specific matter of sudden and surprise arrest of Mr. Jitender Singh Tomar, ex-Minister, Government of NCT of Delhi, is a contempt of Supreme Court of India by Delhi Police right under its nose after the judgment of Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and Anr on July 2, 2014, which is not only applicable to matrimonial disputes but widely covers the arrests in all of the sections of IPC where maximum punishment is equal and upto 7 years with or without fine, where it is ordered the compliance of section 41 CrPC as must with the maintenance of a checklist for recording the reasons of arrest as per the section 41 (b) CrPC, where a notice for appearance has to be sent to the accused after registration of FIR beforehand as per the 41A CrPC, with the necessity even for the magistrate authorizing further detention of the accused to check the above compliance and recording the need for any detention, if allowed, as per the provisions of 41 CrPC? There were clear orders in writing by the Apex Court that all the noncompliance to same would be seen as contempt on the part of the police officers and would also warrant the departmental action even towards the magistrate concerned. If there is any violation, as it looks prima facie, then the fact of it been happened in the National Capital makes it more grave and thus a suitable case for suo-motto or otherwise be taken to the court in this regard .. #Kanwal

सर्वोच्च नयायालय मेँ अटार्नी जनरल के कथनानुसार अगर राष्ट्रपति मात्र एक शोभनीय पद है तो बिना एक भी पल गवाए इसे अभी के अभी खत्म करना चाहिए क्योंकि जिस देश मेँ लाखों करोड़ों लोग दो जून की रोटी के लिए तरस रहे हों वहाँ ऐसे शोभनीय पदों पर कई लाख करोड़ रुपए हर साल खर्च करना जनता के साथ-साथ और लोकतंत्र के साथ भी परिहास मात्र है । वैसे फिर राज्यपाल और उपराज्यपाल के पदों के बारे मेँ भी कथन स्पष्ट कर ही देना चाहिए और राष्ट्रपति के पद और शक्तियों की ज़रुरत अनुसार ही इन पदों को भी यथाशीघ्रतम समाप्त कर देना चाहिए । #कंवल

ਵੈਸੇ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮਨਹੂਸੀਅਤ ਜਾਂ ਖੁਸ਼ਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਇਤਿਆਦਿਕ ਦੇ ਭਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੋਰਾ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਪਵਾਦ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਹਨਤ ਤੇ ਮਨਹੂਸੀਅਤ-ਸਿਰ-ਮਨਹੂਸੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ੍ਹਣ ਦੀ ਸਿਖ਼ਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੰਦੀ-ਨਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੜ੍ਹਿਆਂਦ ਭਰੇ ਗੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਮ-ਭੁਲੇਖੇ, ਭੋਲੇਪਨ, ਨਿਸ਼ਪਾਪਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਯਾਦਗ਼ਾਰ ਹੈ | ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੇਰਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਿਰ 'ਤੇ ਧਰੀ ਕੂੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਟਾ ਦੀ ਪੰਡ, ਜੋ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਰੇਸ਼ਮੀ ਚਾਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਢ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਰ-ਚੰਦਨ ਦਾ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਛਿੱਟਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਧਰੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੱਕ ਢੌਣੀ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ !! ਮਰਗ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਦੀ ਅਗਾਉਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਸਹਿਤ ... #ਕੰਵਲ

कबीर ने समस्त देव पूजा और ठाकुर पूजा का बहुत सख्त शब्दों से खंडन किया है । पर अनेक जगह कबीर के नाम पर और उनकी छाप पर कुछ ऐसी रचनाएँ लिखी हुई मिल जाती हैं, जिनमें देव पूजा और ठाकुर पूजा भी की गई है - शिव, दुर्गा, विष्णु और लक्ष्मी की भी, जिन्हें देख कर घोर अचंभा होता है कि कबीर कहीं आर कहीं पार जैसी दोगली बातेँ क्योँ कर रहे हैँ ! असल मेँ इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि कबीर के नाम और छाप का उनके बाद कईंयों ने इस्तेमाल किया है और कुछ निमन दर्जे की रचनाओं मेँ तो यह प्रयोग आज भी हो रहा है ... कबीर को मात्र काविक संबोधन मेँ प्रयुक्त करके कईयों ने बहुत कुछ और उनकी अपनी विचारधारा के विपरीत भी (अंट-शंट सहित) लिखा है, जैसे "नानक" छाप को प्रयोग करके उनके बाद वाले गुरुयों ने भी लिखा है और मुख्य सिक्ख धर्म से भागे हुए और विपरीत विचारधारा वाले सोढी मेहरबान और उनके पुत्र सोढी हरि जी आदि भी "नानक" शब्द का ही इस्तेमाल करते थे जिनकी लिखी कविता को सिक्खों मेँ कच्ची बाणी माना जाता हे । बीजक ग्रंथ कबीर के गुज़रने के कई सौ सालोँ बाद लिखा गया, यह असल में कबीर के पदों का संकलन नहीँ है बल्कि कबीर के नाम पर लिखी गई हर तरह की रचनाओं का संकलन है, जिन की विचारधारा को आप कबीर पर नहीँ थोप सकते । कबीर संपूर्ण रुप से निर्गुणवादी थे, अवतारवाद मूर्ति-पूजा इत्यादि के घोर विरोधी थे और उसके साथ ही जाति व्यवस्था पर जितना प्रचुर प्रहार कबीर और रविदास ने किया है उतना शायद ही किसी भक्ति लहर के किसी भी संत ने कभी किया होगा । पर मुश्किल ये है कि कबीर की असली रचनाएँ और उनके नाम पर परोसी जा रही हर प्रकार की कच्ची-पक्की रचनाओं को अलग कर पहचाना थोडा सा मुश्किल है उनके लिए जिनको कबीर के सही दर्शन के बारे मेँ ज्ञान नहीँ है । वैसे आजकल तो "कबीरा खड़ा बाजार मेँ ..." इतिआदि जैसी निमन, अंट शंट और घटिया बातें भी कबीर के नाम पर परोसी जा रही है । #कंवल

Order of Punjab State Human Rights Commission on a complaint submitted to Chairman Punjab State Human Rights Commission, Chandigarh, for the matter of violation of child rights due to the incident of abuse towards an innocent child along with the hurting of religious sentiments of a community by showing disrespect to their articles of faith and attacking religious freedom, a fundamental right insured by the supreme constitution of India, just for fun by certain miscreants, with the request of forwarding the matter to the concerned police aithority for further investigation. Let me have a confession of one thing in public that I do remove certain people when I get the notification of the birthday reminder app of the Facebook of unsolicited profiles who somehow got added in mine, due to my own leniency in one way or another rather an infiltration in an otherwise strong adding standards, but now realize that they should not be there in the list. I just remove them on their very day, with a wish of course of better life, and in this manner this has become a great utility for me by the Facebook..
