Biased Domestic Violence laws, world over, (either in paper or implementation) are actually a greater propaganda to breakdown the backbone of centenaries old family system, the strongest supporting structure of the individuals to stand up for their rights and dignity, in order to destroy them emotionally, physically and financially, to make it easy for the controlling powers, to rule them, unchallenged. There are rather many (and very strong) criminal remedies already been available in the laws (around the world) if a "person" resort to violence against a "person", gender neutral and unbiased, nothing more is needed over and above, separately, giving the unmatched power to one side, as an opportunity to corrupt and misuse, and disturbing the balance of the building structure of families and destroying it; state, all in all, must refrain itself from all the domestic issues and from taking sides in the things happening within the four walls of the house, and they all must be handled by completely unbiased civil remedies, without any interference of professional legal entities and constructs, otherwise. #Kanwal
