भारत में न्यायाधीश बनाने की पहली शर्त के तौर पर व्यक्ति को इस हद तक खस्सी कर दिया जाता है ताकि वो सरकार के किसी भी गलत निर्णय पर कोई आवाज़ भी ना निकाल सके । वह अमेरिका की ज़िला-स्तरीय अदालतें तो हो सकती है जो वहाँ के सर्वेसर्वा राष्ट्रपति के आदेशों पर भी अपनी कैंची चला दें और घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर कर दें, पर भारत के सुप्रीम कोर्ट का मुख्य न्यायाधीश भी सरेआम संविधान का उल्लंघन होते देख कर सिर्फ़ किन्नरों की भांति तालियाँ पीट सकता है, कुछ भी कर नहीं सकता । #कंवल
