Written Submission made before full bench of State Information Commission Punjab, dated 17.11.2015, in a matter of Complaint Case filed against President, Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 to challenge the reply from the respondent about their malafide denial to an Information Request through an RTI Application with a wrongful claim of not being a Public Authority to be covered under the act, stating the fact the fact that only an unattested casual and photocopied reply had been received from the respondent in total violation to the last order of the full bench in which the respondent society was directed to submit a written reply to the contentions given by the complainant in his complaint dated 14.05.2015 and in the separate written submission made before the full bench of the commission dated 08.09.2015 before next hearing, and now, the ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION WAS MADE herein that as THIS CASE INVOLVES THE INTERESTs OF CERTAIN WELL CONNECTED AND POWERFUL INDIVIDUALS (read PS) there is a high possibility that THIS MATTER MAY BE INFLUENCED, so thus, A REQUEST WAS MADE TO FULL BENCH TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT SOCIETY TO FILE ALL OF ITS SUBMISSIONS ON AFFIDAVITS. 17.11.2015 Page 01 of 02 PS: Sh. Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab) is the President of the Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar, while Sh.
