Kanwalosophy: Written Submission made before full bench of State Information Commission Punjab, dated 22.12.2015, in a matter of Complaint Case filed against President, Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 to challenge the reply from the respondent about their malafide denial to an Information Request through an RTI Application with a wrongful claim of not being a Public Authority to be covered under the act, stating the fact that REPLY ON AFFIDAVIT HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE RESPONDENT in total violation to the last order of the full bench in which the respondent society was directed to submit a written reply in form of affidavit to the contentions given by the complainant in his complaint dated 14.05.2015 and in the separate written submissions made before the full bench of the commission dated 25.06.2015 and 08.09.2015 before next hearing, and, as the complainant had pleaded before the full bench of the commission that as THIS CASE INVOLVES THE INTERESTs OF CERTAIN WELL CONNECTED AND POWERFUL INDIVIDUALS (read PS) there is a high possibility that THIS MATTER MAY BE INFLUENCED, so thus, the RESPONDENT SOCIETY BE DIRECTED TO FILE ALL OF ITS SUBMISSIONS ON AFFIDAVITS. So thus, in view of same the respondent society be directed to send the reply on Affidavits as per the last orders of this full bench of the commission via registered post at the address of the complainant. 22.12.2015 Page 02 of 03 PS: Sh.
