Kanwalosophy: Complaint Case against the Central Public Information Officer, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India u/s 18 of the RTI Act, 2005 in the Central Information Commission, New Delhi in a matter of giving wrongful and malafide reply regarding the physical transfer of an RTI Application (requesting information in regard to the records available for the Transfer Petitions filed in the Supreme Court of India in the cases related to the matrimonial disputes) originally filed with it vide registration no. JUSTC/R/2015/60289 dated 26.03.2015 to another office of Central Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of India, dated 31.03.2015, because as per the verification of the records of the later CPIO by First Appellate Authority, Supreme Court of India, as mentioned in a written order in regard to the First Appeal filed with it against the later CPIO due to no response for this RTI Application that there is no such letter received by the later CPIO. 19.06.2015 Page 03 of 03
