I call to Chief Minister of Punjab (in Indian Occupation) to approach the Prime Minister of Pakistan, along with asking for the intervention and mediation of United Nations, to Sign a deal of Peace with the later that in any event of War between India and Pakistan, the Punjab would not cooperate with the state of India or its army, in any manner except for the humanitarian aid only to the civilians, if needed or requested for, and in return there would be no aggression on Punjab of any kind by Pakistan during any war situation with India. #Kanwal
