In a true democracy, the incumbents who are elected by the citizens to provide the governance to serve welfare of general public and for fulfillment of their collective aspirations, should not be given any protection under the shield of defamation against whatsoever questions being raised by their electorates, especially on the issues related to the misuse of powers been vested upon the offices they occupy. #Kanwal
