In the matter of Complaint Case filed against President, Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar in State Information Commission, Punjab u/s 18 of RTI Act, 2005 to challenge the reply from the respondent about their malafide denial to an Information Request through an RTI Application with a wrongful claim of not being a Public Authority to be covered under the act, the matter is now enlisted for hearing before the bench in SIC Punjab with a notice of hearing received today, i.e. 15.06.2015, for next date. PS: Sh. Satyajeet Singh Majithia (father of Mrs. Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Cabinet Minister, Government of India and Sh. Bikramjit Singh Majithia, Cabinet Minister, State Government of Punjab, Father-In-Law of Sh. Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab and thus close relative of Sh. Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab) is the President of the Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar, while Sh. Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina (Deputy President, State BJP Unit of Punjab), is Honorary Secretary.
