Kanwalosophy: Order of Punjab State Human Rights Commission on a complaint submitted to Chairman Punjab State Human Rights Commission, Chandigarh, for the matter of violation of child rights due to the incident of abuse towards an innocent child along with the hurting of religious sentiments of a community by showing disrespect to their articles of faith and attacking religious freedom, a fundamental right insured by the supreme constitution of India, just for fun by certain miscreants, with the request of forwarding the matter to the concerned police aithority for further investigation. The commission considering the seriousness of the matter forwarded the case order along with a copy of the complaint to SSP Jalandhar (Rural) to enquire into and take appropriate action in accordance with the law as per the facts and circumstances of the case. 05.06.2015
