I fully support women having mobile phones, and in addition that such mobile number be associated with unique IDs of citizens, as in this manner their real locations at some very critical moments of legal nature are logged-in the records. These records once created should be kept intact atleast for next 100 years and be made available via request made through proper channels, in order to resolve the matters of false accusations in these dangerous times of biased laws against men.
