It is the high time in the present scenario that all those Indians who actually believe in the real idea of India, as declared in the preamble of the Supreme Constitution of India and thus explained in details in same thenafter, must answer this question that whether the Indian Judiciary and the whole concerned Judicial system is, more or less, behaving like nothing but a rotten relic of the dark colonial era, which never bothered to update itself to respect the constitutional democratic structure been adopted by "we the people" when we declared our own constitution as as the citizens of an independent sovereign country. #Kanwal
