To all the #TripleTalaq bashers, let me make it simple with a clarification that I am no supporter of any triple talaq, at all, but could you provide an immediate replacement to the present Indian family court system, applicable to the Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, or so, in India under the existing Hindu Marriage Act, which usually takes decades to end any cancerous relationship in a contested divorce, sucking not only the prime youth but the whole living existences of the parties involved, having no provision of no-fault divorce without any reasonable protection specifically for men against the abusive and disgruntled wives in regard to the alimony, maintenance, child custody / visitations, etc., atleast in implementation, with a very latest example of a divorce ruling which took 21 years to the final closure in the Supreme Court of India? #Kanwal
