An ex Indian top civil service officer and currently the minister of Indian government by opening his mouth about the Darwin's theory of evolution has clearly proved that all of top civil service officers' class of India is hopelessly stupid, non-intuitive, illogical and characteristically self-gratifying egoistic muggers, might only be with just few of exceptions, if any.
