ऐसा नहीं है कि अपने विरोधी के समक्ष शस्त्र डाल देना कोई महानता होती है, बल्कि यह तो हर प्रकार से कायरता ही कही जाएगी; और समान्य परिस्तिथियों में आक्रमणकारी विरोधी के विरोध का उचित उत्तर केवल सशक्त विरोध से ही दिया जा सकता है, परन्तु ऐसे किसी भी प्रतिक्रियात्मक विरोध के लिये स्वयं किस स्तर तक जाया जाता है और किस पद्धति का किस सीमा तक प्रयोग किया जाता है, ये सब कारक ही मनुष्य के अपने चरित्र की स्थिरता और सत्यता का निर्धारण करते हैं | #कंवल

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਜ਼ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਾਮੁਮਕਿਨ ਹੈ | ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕ਼ੀਕਤ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਹੈ, ਇੰਨੀ ਕਿ ਜੰਗਨਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਂਦ ਦੇ ਮਸਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕੌਮ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ, ਹਿੰਦੂ, ਦਲਿਤ, ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ, ਮਸੀਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦ ਦਾ ਜੰਗ ਹੈ, ਹਿਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਟਾਕਰਾ ਹੈ, ਵੱਖਰੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਹਨ, ਹੱਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਕੂਕਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਇੱਕਦਮ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮੁਲਕ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਸੰਘੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਵਾਗਤਯੋਗ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ | ਸੋ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛਲੱਗੂ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਹਿੱਤ-ਸਾਧੂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਹਸਤੀ ਹੀ ਤਿਆਗ ਸੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਛਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਇਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੂਰਖਤਾਪੂਰਨ ਸੋਚ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ, ਭ੍ਰਸ਼ਟ-ਤੰਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਾਸੀਵਾਦੀ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਥਾਜ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਮ 'ਤੇ ਮੁਹਾਜ਼ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦਾਨਾ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਕੂਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਆਪ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਲੜਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ; ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਿਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀਕਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ-ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਬੌਧਿਕ ਗ਼ੁਲਾਮ ਬਣ ਕੇ ... #ਕੰਵਲ

The honourable High Court of Punjab and Haryana has accepted my two Constitutional Mandamus Writ Petitions filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India to challenge the orders of the State Information Commission Punjab in two separate complaint cases filed by me with it u/s 18 of the RTI Act, 2005, for two of my respective RTI applications filed with ACP West, Amritsar, with various information questions. The honourable High Court has issued a notice of motion for next date and summoned: 1) State Information Commission Punjab 2) Public Information Officer, ACP West, Amritsar 3) ACP West, Amritsar in both of the cases. Now with this the onus is put upon on the above three responding parties to justify the denial to my information requests via mean of RTI applications and satisfy the honourable High Court with their submissions in both the cases.

It is the time, that you have to represent your such thoughts in the alternate words, and always keep in mind the legal angle. In the end, and once for all those who couldn't bear such thoughts of mine, please do proceed to "Abuse", "Curse" and "Kill those Idiots" as stated above first, who actually had sown the seeds of these alike in my mind at first place.

SUPREME COURT OF INDIA SCRAPPED DRACONIAN SECTION 66-A OF IT ACT 2000 Section 66-A of IT Act 2000, due to its vague definition, was being used on a very larger scale in violation to the Fundamental Right of Freedom of Speech and Expression ensured by the Indian Constitution in letter and spirit. Citizens were harassed, arrested and jailed even before the chargesheets or trials just for expressing their views, opinions or emotions on Internet and social media. This law had turned a weapon in goons, politicians and even disgruntled wives to curb every voice against their acts or to attack their opponents using the power or money. This act was widely criticized since its inception for its gross misuse and courts have passed various directions time to time to curb it, but all gone in vain, due to the very vague definition of the law itself and due to the prevalent corruption and general attitude of law enforcement agencies. Finally, today i.e. 24.03.2015, the honourable Supreme Court struck down this draconian provision of law and gave back the citizens of a democracy, their due freedom of speech online with no more harassment for same at any level.
