Kanwalosophy: First Appeal u/s 19 of the RTI Act, 2005 to First Appellate Authority, Supreme Court of India, for the matter of the RTI Application filed with the Central Public Information Officer, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India vide registration no. JUSTC/R/2015/60289 dated 26.03.2015 in regard to the records available for the Transfer Petitions filed in the Supreme Court of India in the cases related to the matrimonial disputes, which was physically transferred to the concerned Central Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of India, dated 31.03.2015, due to the default on the part of the respondent CPIO after transfer for not providing the information within the stipulated time as described in the Act.
