Kanwalosophy: First Appeal u/s 19 of the RTI Act, 2005 to First Appellate Authority, Supreme Court of India, for the matter of the RTI Application filed with the Central Public Information Officer, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India vide registration no. JUSTC/R/2015/60306 dated 28.03.2015 in regard to the records available for the Special Leave Petitions filed with the the Supreme Court of India under Article 136 of the Constitution of India against the final orders of the concerned High Courts in the matters of Transfer Petitions filed with them in the cases related to the matrimonial disputes, which was physically transferred to the concerned Central Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of India, dated 10.04.2015 u/s 6 (3) of the Act, and now due to the default on the part of the respondent CPIO after transfer for not providing the information within the stipulated time as described in the Act.
