Kanwal Speaks - May 24, 2015 at 12:38PM

And by which law you are giving this judgement defining what is natural or unnatural? What is the definition of natural? How something be termed as natural or against the law of nature? How someone be given right to comment on the life and liberty of other living beings with life and liberty being defined and regarded as most primal human and fundamental right? I am straight, as thus I have my own freedom to like or live with someone from the opposite sex, similarly someone who is homosexual do you have similar freedom to like or live with someone from the same sex, and noone else who are otherwise like me have any right to comment upon the naturality or unnaturality of others who are homosexual - lesbian or gay, or judge them or curtail their fundamental human rights .. If I as a heterosexual have my right to live my life with dignity and freedom so does have any homosexual, and as a fellow human being I have no right to give my word on the life of someone else and to term someone's own preferences or natural cravings as unlawful until or unless they harm the freedom and life of the society as a whole.. What someone may be doing behind the four walls of his or her house is none of the business of the state and judiciary to define and decide by due procedures of law.. The privacy of any living being can't be intruded on the name of law and order if someone is not posing any mortal threat to the existence of the society ..
