Kanwalosophy: First Appeal filed to First Appellate Authority, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India in the matter of RTI Application filed with the CPIO of the same department for financial-year-wise details of all the funds allocated in budgetary, non-budgetary or the provisions otherwise for the purpose of advertisements of governmental plans / schemes of Government of India, with the concerned Name of the Ministry and / or Department of Government of India, Name of Plan / Scheme along with the details of expenditure at the end of financial-year or till date for the purpose of advertisements with details of their usage for advertisements in Print Media, Electronic Media, Others (Specify) and Total, which was wrongfully transferred to Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in spite of the fact that it is the former department which allots / manages all the expenditures for all the ministries and departments of Government of India. 23.07.2015 Page 01 of 02
