Kanwalosophy: RTI application transferred to the concerned Central Public Information Officer in University Grants Commission which was originally filed to the CPIO, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, in the matter of actions being taken on the fake or unrecognised universities / colleges / institutes, a list of which is been regularly published by UGC on a yearly basis to advise the students not to take admissions in the them, along with all the communications of Ministry, its subordinate / allied or associated departments among themselves and with the other ministries or departments of Central and State governments, law enforcement agencies and submissions in various competent courts in this regard. 24.07.2015
