Kanwalosophy: COMPLAINT to CTU Chandigarh for No Bus Service on a particular route for more than 1 hour 21.04.2015 To Director Transport CTU Chandigarh Sir / Madam I am Kawaldeep Singh, A Ph.D. research scholar and RTI Activist from Patiala. I am in city of Chandigarh today, i.e. 21.04.2015 for some urgent work, for which I had to travel from ISBT 43 to Bassi Theater Sector 54 Mohali. I got issued a daily pass no. A 0022949, as attached, by payment of ₹ 30/- at 9:45 am at counter no. 6 and since then I was waiting for the bus, however till11:04 am I haven't seen any bus for same route though when I can clearly check the frequency of the bus on same route is supposed to be of every 30 minutes as per inscribed time over the counter. This extremely poor non-service on the part of CTU has clearly hampered my work. I hereby ask for following relief, due to my loss: 1. Total refund of the payment of ₹ 30 for pass. 2. A Compensation of ₹ 500/- due to my loss of work on part of CTU.
